Our Returns policy

Online purchases:

You have 14 days from the despatch of your order to return your purchase for a refund, by post with your receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.

Any item that you return must be unused, must be in its original condition (including packaging and labelling) and have all tags still attached to it. If you use the item or remove or tamper with the tags, you will lose your right to return the goods under our returns policy.

Unless faulty, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on these types of items:

  • jewellery to be worn in a piercing
  • items that are sealed for personal hygiene reasons where they have been unsealed
  • customisable goods

Pre-loved items and Lab grown diamonds: Please note that pre-loved items and lab grown diamonds can be returned online only. Items must be returned with the original packaging, certificate of authenticity and tags still attached. The item can be returned to us but you will pay for the appropriate postage costs.

Delivery and return costs are not refundable.

Your Statutory rights including your rights in relation to faulty goods and your right to cancel the online orders are not affected by the above policy. Should you wish to exercise your cancellation rights please see the “Statutory Right to Cancel” section below.

 Your Statutory right to cancel

If you are a consumer (i.e. you are not a business) you have the right to cancel your contract with us and receive a full refund. You have 14 calendar days from the day that you receive your order to let us know that you wish to cancel and can do so by emailing us at contact@pedlarspitch.com.

If you receive the items from your order on more than one day, the cancellation period will come to an end 14 days after the day in which you receive the last item of your order. You must then return your order in full to us promptly, either by post which would be at your own cost and at your own risk. All the products included in your order must be returned in their original condition (together with all packaging and labelling) and show no signs of use or damage. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse to issue you with a refund if the goods do not meet this standard.

If your contract is fully cancelled, we will provide you with a refund for the item or items within 14 days of us receiving the items. If you have paid a delivery charge, we will also refund the standard delivery charge to you. Please note, if you have used an express delivery option, we will only refund it on a standard delivery charge basis.

This right does not apply to:

  • jewellery worn in a piercing
  • items that are sealed for personal hygiene reasons where they have been unsealed
  • customisable goods

Exchanging an item bought at our online store

We apologise but we do not offer an exchange as part of our returns policy for items purchased in our online store.

If you intend to return an item and want the same product in a different size or colour, or for a replacement item, you will need to place a new order online for the item you require, subject to it being available in stock. Your new order will be sent to you directly and we will process your return as soon as we receive it according to our returns policy.

Return of Pre-loved items

Pre-loved accessories and handbags

We sell pre-loved items that are unused, old, ex-display, returns.

Items classified as pre-loved are not in ‘new’ condition and may carry some signs of wear and use, e.g. small marks, scratches, signs of creasing and/or patina.

Pre-loved scarves & jewellery may carry some signs of wear, which is part of their unique character.

A pre-loved handbag may exhibit signs of wear and use (for example small marks, scratches). The interior of the handbags may have slight stains or spots and the leather may show signs of creasing and/or patina especially at corners or at the bottom of the bag.

If you change your mind, we won’t fuss about it – you can return the item for a refund according to our usual returns policy for items within 14 days of Despatch provided the goods are in a fully re-saleable condition and for pre-loved goods this means in the same condition that you received the goods. This does not affect your Statutory rights. 

All the products in your order must be returned in their original condition and should show no signs of use or damage. Items should be returned with the original packaging such as bags or boxes and all tags must still be attached to the item. Where provided, the original authenticity stickers and authenticity cards must be included with your return in order to receive a refund.

We sell some pre-owned items and we are always looking out for ways to give our customers more choice to find items that they love at pedlarspitch.com and we know that there is huge demand for pre-loved clothing and other items.

What types of pre-owned products do you sell?

We offer our customers an exciting selection of pre-owned items, bags, clothing and other ,miscellaneous items which we will label as pre-loved

Where do you source pre-loved products?

Our buyers have worked with one of the leading pe-loved item vendors on the market.

Items labelled pre-owned, are not in brand new condition and may carry some signs of wear and tear, such as small marks.

What happens if someone changes their mind and wants to return something?

If a customer changes their mind they can return the item for a refund within 14days. The item should be returned to us, in its original purchased condition, with any tags still attached and with the receipt or invoice.
