Most of the products we sell are brand name merchandise typically offered at prices 20%-60% less than full-price retailers’ (including department, specialty, and major online retailers) regular prices on comparable products. On our preloved items which in most cases are just like brand new or very close to brand new can be found at up to 50% less than the Retail Recommended Prices (RRP).  For example, we can sell a designer bag in this condition for up to 100s of GBP pounds sterling less than the price in the designer shop. The products are fully authenticated for quality and originality so that you are sold a 100% product made by the actual designer brand. Most of our items are fashionable, current season styles. A small percentage are past season, or timeless classics, which we also offer to you at amazing savings. 

Some of our items are manufactured for us especially when we see what other retailers sell isn’t the right value or variety for our customers, meaning the right combination of brand, fashion, price, variety and quality.  For example, we work with artisans in developing countries (and aim to work with artisans in fair trade countries) to create beautiful hand-crafted pen/pencil holders made from water hyacinth as part of our mission to support artisans who use new sustainable materials derived from invasive aquatic weeds and agricultural residues.
